HOW TO RENT BEACH CHAIRS AT SILVER DUNES

Before renting beach chairs, be sure to check with your vacation rental host to ensure that you are taking full advantage of any free amenities offered to you.

For any owners or guests of Silver Dunes who have Seasonal Beach Service please click the button below to speak with the attendant at the beach hut. Please note that owners may reserve chairs up to three months in advance, and guests may rent up to two weeks in advance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE BEACH SERVICE?

We recommend making your reservations early to ensure best placement. Owners at Silver Dunes may reserve up to three months in advance. Guests may reserve their chairs up to two weeks in advance. If you do not reserve early, you may still reserve and pay for your beach chairs at the beach hut located near the eastern beach access.

ARE TENTS AND CANOPIES ALLOWED ON THE BEACH AT SILVER DUNES?

For the safety of all guests at the beach, and to maintain a clean and accessible pathway for emergency and sanitation services; no tents or canopies are allowed at the beach behind Silver Dunes Condominiums.

IS THE BEACH WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Silver Dunes Condominiums has multiple beach accesses, and for the convenience and accessibility of all guests there is a wheel chair accessible ramp located at the eastern (left side of the building if looking at the beach) beach access. You will also find, showers, hoses and shoe racks at that access.

WHAT DO THE COLORED FLAGS MEAN?

The colored flag system represents current Gulf conditions behind Silver Dunes Condominiums. Ranging from green to double red, the flag system helps beachgoers determine the safety of the water and make the most educated decision regarding their time spent there. When two red flags are flying please stay out of the water. Two red flags indicate dangerous rip currents and create safety risks for all swimmers.

WHAT TIME IS BEACH SET-UP?

Beach set-up refers to the preparation and setting up of beach chairs, umbrellas and tables each morning. Typical beach set-up begins after sunrise and lasts until completed. Conditions such as weather, local wildlife advocate services, emergency or sanitation services may impact times and set-up locations.
